Ten Mile Creek rises just inside the northern corporate limits of Cedar Hill, Texas in southwestern Dallas County and runs southeast for 25½ miles to its mouth on the Trinity River, 1½ miles north of the Ellis county line.

This image was taken of Ten Mile Creek towards its junction with the Trinity River off i45 and near Ferris, Texas. The morning sunrise revealed a brilliant fog blanketing the landscape. The image was captured with a Nikon camera and lens.
