Hibiscus is a genus of flowering plants in the mallow family, Malvaceae. The genus is quite large, comprising several hundred species that are native to warm temperate, subtropical and tropical regions throughout the world.
The species presented is call Swamp Rose Mallow and it was captured with a Nikon camera and lens.The image was edited and painted in order to darken and enhance the background, add deep shadowing elements. and provide a painted artistic effects.
