Description
I am enjoying all the flowers saturated and dripping in rain. This one was found in the Dallas Arboretum Garden, Dallas, Texas and it was captured with a Nikon camera/lens.
A little about the flower:
Wisteria is a genus of flowering plants in the legume family, Fabaceae. The genus includes four species of woody twining vines that are native to China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, southern Canada, the Eastern United States, and north of Iran. They were later introduced to France, Germany and various other countries.
"There is one purpose to life and one only: to bear witness to and understand as much as possible of the complexity of the world -- its beauty, its mysteries, its riddles. The more you understand, the more you look, the greater is your enjoyment of life and your sense of peace. That's all there is to it. Everything else is fun and games. If an activity is not grounded in "to love" or "to learn" it does not have value." ~ Anne Rice
