Description
This Palo Duro Mural is found in Clude, Texas on the "Old Town Co building" off the main square and it was painted by Malcom Byers from Amarillo. The mural is in celebration of small towns in texas and is part of a downtown revitalization. The Buffalo in the Palo Duro Canyon are the central theme of the mural and represent the rich history of Armstrong, County in addition to honoring of Charles Goodnight, famous Texas rancher.
I captured the image with a Nikon camera and lens. It is a fun background for pictures taking by visitors on their way to the Palo Duro state park.
